Rigorous Execution (Implementation) – Without the ability to execute…the best leadership and best plan are useless. We know that it sounds harsh, but executing the plan is tough business. Our ability to guide, pull or push organizations through the execution process is unparalleled. Simply put, we are VERY effective at ensuring that our clients meet their schedule, cost, and quality benchmarks and that ultimately our clients achieve success. And, we don’t just preach this mantra…we don’t just do this for or too our clients…we do the implementation dirty work side-by-side WITH our clients. Finally, we do believe in working smarter not harder when possible, but sometime is really just comes down to rolling up the sleeves and getting the work done.

Who We Are

Patrick O. Carpenter and Wilbur E. Wolf III formed Aquila in 2008. Together we have since operated the business and have had opportunity to help hundreds of public and private clients achieve success. Along with other members of the team, we are experienced military and business leaders with great breadth and depth of experience and proven track records of overcoming seemingly insurmountable obstacles to achieve mission success. Our staff members have served and achieved success in senior military command and staff positions under the most demanding circumstances. Most of our staff has experience and have achieved significant experience and success in a broad range of corporate, business, and consulting domains. Beyond the bond of honorable service to the defense of our nation, our staff have one important attribute in common…we are passionate about success. We are driven, competitive, “Type-A” individuals who also clearly recognize that the strength of the team greatly out-weighs the sum strength of the individuals. We always put the mission first, we never abandon the effort short of the goal, and we never leave a client in time of need.
